1.4 Fares are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.

2.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time may not be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.

2.4 A cancellation fee may apply as specified at the time of booking.

3.1 All passengers must possess valid identification documents required for travel.

3.2 It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have all necessary documents for travel.

3.3 Esther Luxury Coach reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who do not possess the required documentation.

4.1 Each passenger is allowed a limited amount of luggage as specified at the time of booking.

4.2 Excess luggage may be subject to additional charges.

4.3 Esther Luxury Coach is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal belongings during travel.

4.4 Prohibited items such as dangerous goods, illegal substances, or flammable materials may not be transported.

5.1 Esther Luxury Coach reserves the right to alter routes, schedules, or services due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 In case of service cancellation by Esther Luxury Coach, passengers will be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund.

5.3 Esther Luxury Coach is not liable for any consequential losses due to delays or service modifications.

6.1 Passengers must comply with all instructions from Esther Luxury Coach staff and crew.

6.2 Disruptive, violent, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the coach.

6.3 Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited on all coaches.

6.4 Any damage caused to the coach or its facilities by a passenger will be charged to the responsible individual.
